Delivery timelines depend on scope clarity, client cooperation, and timely approvals. Delays caused by change requests, third-party dependencies, or force majeure events are not the responsibility of Acutetech.
All invoices must be paid as per agreed milestones. Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services, hosting, or licenses.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all technical, commercial, and business information shared during the engagement and not disclose it to any third party without written consent.
Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Acutetech does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of systems.
Acutetech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including data loss, business interruption, or profit loss.
We may integrate third-party APIs, hosting, payment gateways, and cloud platforms. Their terms and policies apply independently.
Either party may terminate services by written notice. Outstanding dues and completed milestones remain payable.
Acutetech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India and disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in India.
